Yet it is crucial to understand the complex relationship between Alcohol and anger, particularly how it impacts our behavior and relationships.

Alcohol is a depressant, which means it, slows down the brain process and inhibitor its functioning. When consumed, it impacts the central nervous system and alters mood and behavior. On the other hand, anger is a normal and healthy human emotion. However, when out of control, it can become devastating and lead to problems at work, interpersonal relationships, family, and yes, friends. If alcohol has been consumed, it may be best to postpone serious discussions until everyone is sober.
